8. Circumstances of Vacancy of Post: The post of member other that ex-officio one, shall be deemed vacant in the following circumstances:-
(a) If he/she tenders resignation to the Government of Nepal,
(b) If the tenure is expired,
(c) In case of death,
(d) In case of non compliance of the qualification under Section 6.
